If you have the [Audacity] to require a return on an item for any reason, please kindly note that returns will only be accepted for odor free, unworn, unwashed, unaltered such as (stained, makeup smudged, deodorant streaked..etc) attire. 

Clothing must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. We do not cover the price of return shipping unless due to an error on our part. All returns will receive a store credit towards future purchases only.

To request a return, please send an email to support@heraudacityfashion with the subject line “RETURN” along with your order number. Include your full name and brief description of the reason for your return request in the email. We will respond to your inquiry within 24-48hrs. 

Upon our receipt of your return, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed and a store credit issued.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges will not be accepted UNLESS due to manufacturer error. We take great care in inspecting our clothing to ensure quality prior to shipment.

For exchange requests, we must be notified within 2 business days of receipt of your item so that we can send out a replacement. If the item is sold out or no longer in stock and will not be restocked, you will be given store credit for the item.

Should any type of defect be discovered, kindly email us at support@heraudacityfashion with the subject line “EXCHANGE” along with your order number. Include your full name and brief description of the reason for your exchange  request in the email. We will respond to your inquiry within 24-48hrs. 

Final Sale

Please note that all sales are final for bodysuits, undergarments, accessories and swimwear.

Discounted and Sale items are final sale and nonreturnable/nonrefundable.
