When Will Your Order Ship?

Current Business Hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-2pm (EST) & Saturday 9am-12pm (EST). Closed on Sundays

Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail

  • Please allow 1-3 business days from the date your order is placed for shipping confirmation. 
  • With the exception of holidays or if your order date falls on a Sunday, orders placed outside of the regular business hours will be processed on the following business day. Business hours are subject to change and will be updated accordingly.
  • Please be certain that all shipping information is entered correctly. If you find that you have made an error with the shipping address after placing your order, notify us ASAP. If your order has already been processed and shipped by the time the error is discovered, we do not take responsibility for the mislabel.
  • All packages will including tracking information. If a packaged is returned as "undeliverable" customer will be required to pay to have package reshipped.
  • Refunds will not be issued for packages that were marked as delivered, but are lost/stolen. In this event, you will need to contact your local USPS office.
